Mountains Meets Medicine

Hi, I’m Brittni!

With over 15 years in brand building, marketing, strategy, and partnerships, I learned how to bring stories and communities to life. Connection and alignment have always been at the core of the work I do — and when Ayurveda found me, through a cookbook that was gifted to me, I knew another piece of the puzzle had clicked into place.

Right before I turned 30, I was introduced to the world of ultra-distance sport, and I've since traveled the world racing, adventuring, and exploring through trail running, mountain biking, and rock climbing — pursuits I still love today.

But underneath the movement, my early thirties brought anxiety and menstrual pain that only grew more severe. Ayurveda is what finally helped me heal — and what showed me, firsthand, just how little support exists for women's health within the western healthcare model.

That process is what shaped the work I do now: empowering women to lead with intention and awareness, moving in cycles and seasons the same way nature does. From Boston to Bali, Ayurveda has taken me to corners of the world I never imagined — and it's a medicine I'll always be studying, because to truly understand Ayurveda is to live it. It's the sister science of Yoga, and means "the knowledge and science of life."

Through my 1:1 coaching, co-hosting the Ayurveda For Women's Health Podcast, and the other resources on this site, my mission is to empower women to have autonomy over their own health, their decisions, and the choices that shape the lives they lead. I am passionate about building community that supports women having autonomy over their life, their health, and their own choices.

Today, that same intention — leading with awareness and moving in rhythm with nature — is at the center of everything I do, in life and in work
