You will receive a comprehensive health history intake form that you are required to complete at least two days before our initial session together. This allows us to address your current goals and concerns from a root cause approach by understanding your life from a holistic perspective. Our health is impacted by how we eat, think, move and feel which will be points of discussion during our sessions in order to provide you with the appropriate recommendations for wellness.
You will also be required to complete the Constitution (Prakruti) Assessment before our initial session. The assessment will help us know which foods and activities are best suited for your individual constitution and to support your body’s optimal state of balance. Understanding your natural tendencies allows us to work with them and not against them in developing intentional recommendations. By maintaining harmony between our internal and external environments, we are less susceptible to developing disease.
Please come prepared to address your health goals and concerns from a holistic perspective. Your commitment to your health is extremely important in being able to move the needle forward. If you are ready to explore an integrative approach to your health, then I am ready to support you and provide accountability, education and compassion for your journey to wellness.
