What Is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient, science-based medical system derived from India that considers the person as a whole rather than only the presenting symptom.
One of Ayurveda’s most healing strengths is offering personalized and individualized recommendations through appropriate diet and lifestyle practices aimed at preventative and long-term wellness. For individuals and athletes, this means a deeper connection to spirit and your own natural rhythms as you move and grow through life.
The Ayurvedic model is a gateway to living a more connected, harmonious and intuitive life with ourselves, each other and our communities.
